Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, contact support@lucidberlin.com. Once approved, you will receive the return instructions via email. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For a different size or item, please return your order and place a new purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Orders shipped within the EU are eligible for return within 14 days without justification. The item must be in its original condition, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
